I always get a call before True Green comes out. I don't have to be home when they come. They do a great job. If I have a problem all I have to do is call the office..

Overall I'm pretty satisfied. I have a few patches of lawn that are bare, but I should have reported them when they first started getting some type of fungus. I will replace the grass and see what happens.

We really appreciate the service TRUGREEN has given us. Our lawn does really look great. At the last visit I was in our basement and did not hear your technician at our door, but did find the invoice and a suggestion about my mowing technique which was really appreciated and to which I took advantage . Thank you for that.However, I would have mentioned to your technician about two small weed problem areas we have in the center of our front & back lawn and would it possible to make an in-between visit at TRUGEEN's convenience to correct this minor condition. Thank you very much. We'll gladly visit your property as often as needed between scheduled visits to make any necessary adjustments and to ensure your satisfaction.

Reasonable price
Reasonable price and their service really did help my lawn. My grass was mostly weeds and looked terrible. Trugreen service brung my grass back to life.

I have very friendly
I have very friendly, professional and courteous service technicians. They always ring the bell to let me know that they are going to be in the backyard. (I have a dog.) If I have any questions or concerns they politely answer them.

So far in all the years
So far in all the years I have been with Tru Green I can't say I ever had a bad experience the only thing I would like is cheaper prices on some of your services for us seniors on a fixed income. I am a retired widow and would like to do more but it is too costly.

I can count on TruGreen
I can count on TruGreen to cultivate and maintain my lawn. In fact, I spend more time enjoying it than working on it! TruGreen brought my lawn back to life!! They also take care of me in the winter with their salt specials....delivered right to wherever you want it to be delivered!!

Trugreen truly helped us
Trugreen truly helped us with our lawn problem. I was skeptic at first but when I saw the results I was pleased. They also re do my lawn when I think that they might have forgotten to do some part of my lawn especially the backyard. Happy with Trugreen.

health of my grass
I have a lot to worry about but the health of my grass is one thing that I don't worry about. I lit true green worry about that. they know when and how much fertilizer to use. If I have a problem they tell me how to fix-it, ( like it needs more water) or they tell me how much it will coast and they fix-it. My grass always looks green. (hence the name Trugreen)

My lawn turned 180 degrees
My lawn turned 180 degrees after only one season of using Trugreen. I was almost ready to replace the whole lawn with new sod. I decided to put it off for one season and I'm so happy I did because Trugreen saved it. Thank You Trugreen. You have a customer for a lifetime.

I've been using Tru-Green for many years and am very pleased with the performance of their product. My interactions with Customer Service has been excellent. When a question was posed, their response was nearly immediate and satisfactory. I have witnessed their associates doing a fine and thorough job on my lawn as well as my neighbors who also use Tru-Green. I have recommended Tru-Green to many family members and friends.

My grass looks great.. They are working on the creeping charlie and hopefully it will be gone by next year. I would highly recommend TRUGREEN!
